LAVALE — WVU Medicine Garrett Medical Group is offering pulmonary function tests at its LaVale office.
The tests are a key diagnostic tool in evaluating lung health and can be ordered by any provider — including nurse practitioners, physicians and specialists. The tests help assess how well a patient’s lungs are working and provide valuable information for the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions.
Testing will be available three days a week, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“We are proud to expand the services available at our LaVale office and to continue providing comprehensive, patient-centered care,” said Becky White, regional director of cardiopulmonary and rehabilitation services. “Offering pulmonary function testing locally will allow our community to receive advanced testing without the need to travel far from home.”
