Times-News customers still experiencing issues when trying to access stories and the electronic edition on times-news.com must use the complete email address that is registered on your account as a user name and then select “Reset Password.”
A link will then be sent to customer’s email account to reset password and restore access.
Customers who continue to have issues should call 301-722-4600 and leave a message. A customer service representative will return calls as soon as possible.
