The Board of the Water, Light and Sinking Fund Commission, which oversees Dalton Utilities, is scheduled to vote Tuesday on a contract for a lagoon dredging project at the Riverwater Treatment Plant.
At the board’s March meeting, officials said the project has an estimated cost of $2 million and an estimated time to completion of 200 days.
The board will meet at 2 p.m. in the Dalton Utilities board room.
The board is also scheduled to hear the monthly financial report, the monthly safety report, the monthly environmental report and a review of the utility’s natural gas business.
