Tewksbury 54, Andover 41
For years and years, coaches in the Merrimack Valley Conference have said that if their team doesn’t come to play every night, they’ll get beat because the league is so strong.
That was the case on Tuesday night. Andover, the No. 8 ranked team in Division 1, fell to Tewksbury, the No. 10 ranked team in Division 2.
“It’s been a while (since we lost to them),” said Andover High head coach Dave Fazio. “Tewksbury did a great job. They are well coached, they executed what they wanted to do. We unfortunately had no energy and weren’t ready to play. Coaching has to be better.”
