The United Fund Fairfield Glade Door-to-Door campaign continues through Nov. 17.
“The dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of the community is overwhelming, and donations continue to come in” said Holly Neal, United Fund executive director.
For many years, the Fairfield Glade United Fund campaign has been at the heart of the community, uniting residents in a common goal of supporting area charities and initiatives that make the community a better place for all.
“Their dedication to improving the lives of our fellow residents is truly inspiring,” Neal said.
Each year, the United Fund Fairfield Glade Campaign serves as a reminder of the incredible impact when the community comes together. Whether it’s providing assistance to families in need, supporting programs helping people become financially stable, or contributing to the education and well-being of area youth, the United Fund Fairfield Glade campaign makes a significant difference in neighbors’ lives.
“As we all know, our community has faced unique challenges in recent years. The United Fund Fairfield Glade campaign has consistently risen to the occasion, helping to address these challenges head-on,” Neal said. “The funds raised have been instrumental in maintaining and expanding critical services and programs that directly benefit Fairfield Glade residents.”
The success of the door-to-door campaign wouldn’t be possible without the commitment of volunteers who generously give their time to connect with residents, share the organization’s mission, and collect donations.
This year’s volunteers are Sarah Testerman, Jody Schuning, Karen Saunders, Richard Garrett, Vicki Kapp, Linda Deberry, Mary Kopmeier, Clintina Simms, Nancy Hazel, Flory Dunigan, Lois Rupert, Roberta Edler, Susi Larkin, Billie Mitchell, Lydia Marshall, Linda Thorpe, Judy Brooks and Brian Hejza.
“Their passion for making a difference in Fairfield Glade is truly commendable,” Neal said. “These volunteers have used many approaches to reach their neighbors and friends from sending emails, writing letters, knocking on doors and hosting get-togethers.”
This year’s volunteers encourage their Fairfield Glade neighbors to join them in supporting this cause.
“Your contribution, no matter the size, can make a significant impact on the lives of those who depend on the United Fund’s assistance,” Neal said. “Whether it’s a one-time donation or a pledge to give on a regular basis, your support is greatly needed and appreciated.”
Tax-deductible donations can be made online at www.cumberlandunitedfund.org, or send a check to United Fund Fairfield Glade Campaign, 348 Taylor St., Suite 101, Crossville, TN 38555.
“Your generosity will directly benefit our neighbors, friends and families right here in Cumberland County,” Neal said.
“Let’s show our collective strength as a community and demonstrate our commitment to making our home an even better place for all to live.
“Together, we can help the United Fund Fairfield Glade Campaign reach its goals of $70,000 and continue its essential work.”
