CUMBERLAND — Two city men were arrested Saturday on drug distribution and other charges as the result of Allegany County grand jury indictments issued on Wednesday.
Cumberland Police arrested Brian Scott Shelton, 39, and Collin Ray Taylor, 20, on charges of controlled dangerous substance distribution narcotics, CDS possession with intent to distribute and CDS possession not cannabis.
Shelton also was charged with CDS common nuisance — distributing narcotics.
Both men were ordered held without bond in the Allegany County Detention Center after preliminary hearings before a district court commissioner.
