CUMBERLAND — Several streets will be closed beginning Wednesday during the filming of scenes for the “Mayor of Kingstown” series at the Western Maryland Railway Station, according to the Cumberland Police Department.
The closings include:
• Baltimore Street between Mechanic Street and Greene Street with detours in place to June 6.
• Pershing Street between Mechanic Street and the Allegany Museum on June 3 and June 6 from 6 a.m. to noon.
• The Center City Parking Garage on George Street will be restricted to leaseholders.
Police said simulated gunfire and prop firearms will be used during filming.
