PEABODY — There’s still time left to get tickets to the 20th Annual Taste of the North Shore.
Organized by the Rotary Club of Peabody, the night of raffles and tasty treats at Danversport on March 19 will raise money for scholarships, the revitalization of Peabody playgrounds, meals for those in need and other local initiatives to give back.
Over 30 restaurants and food and drink vendors from around the North Shore will hand out tastings of pasta, short ribs, mac and cheese, pastries, truffle mashed potatoes, spirits, coffee and more during the event.
The 20th anniversary marks a record number of vendors involved in the night, the Rotary’s biggest fundraiser of the year. About 50 raffle tickets are left.
Guests who purchase one of 300 raffle tickets available will be entered to win a $10,000 grand prize.
Raffle tickets are for sale on the Rotary’s website for $100, with the option to bring an additional guest for $25. Admission tickets without a raffle entry cost $50 each.
There will be a limited number of $20 mystery bags with prizes inside them worth at least $25 each, and a Stock-Your-Cellar wine and beer silent auction.
Sponsorships of the event are still available. Guests and participants can also purchase a 20th anniversary Taste of the North Shore t-shirt on the Rotary’s website ahead of March 19.
