Chris Golden, a renowned Christian inspirational artist, will headline the Fairfield Glade Lions Club upcoming concert — and there is still time to get tickets.
The concert will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 28 at the Cumberland County Playhouse, 221 Tennessee Ave. Doors open at 1:30.
“Chris Golden’s history in the music industry is epic, spans multiple genres, and is rich in heritage,” said Bert Kersten, a member of the Fairfield Glade Lions Club.
“Chris has deep roots from his tenure on tour with Alabama, Restless Heart, and the Oak Ridge Boys, but his heart for serving the Lord has led him to where he is today,” Kersten added. “Chris’s ability to captivate an audience with an inspirational message has afforded him opportunities to perform and share from prestigious stages such as The Ryman Auditorium, The Grand Ole Opry House, Dollywood, The Huckabee Show, Larry’s Country Diner, and The Holy Land (Israel).”
Golden is a past recipient of the Inspirational Country Music Association’s Entertainer of the Year.
