ST. PETER — St. Peter Public Schools has announced two ways the public can engage in the search process for its new superintendent.
The process is to fill the position vacated by Bill Gronseth. The interim superintendent is Jeff Olson.
An anonymous public survey is now available to fill out between Dec. 23 and Jan. 12. The survey is available at tinyurl.com/2czm84ud.
Printed copies also are available at the district office in St. Peter, 100 Lincoln Drive, No. 229. Completed surveys should be returned to the office by Jan. 12 so they can be included with the online results.
The Minnesota School Boards Association will summarize and provide an overview of the responses for the board following the deadline. MSBA also will host a virtual Q & A session at 4 p.m. Jan. 6. Visit this link to join the Zoom session at that time://us02web.zoom.us/j/85772383037.
Interested individuals are invited to attend the live session; however, to accommodate busy schedules as well as ensure access to search information, the session also will be recorded and made available on the district website for the remainder of the search. Questions about the search process can be submitted anonymously in advance at tinyurl.com/p5b97ykh.
The deadline to submit advance questions is noon Jan. 6. Questions also may be submitted during the session using the chat box.
