In a game between two Merrimack Valley Conference rivals, North Andover prevailed behind three goals each from Meghan Daley, Niki Daley and Isa Robinson. Sophia Fina, Maggie Murphy and Cait Sugrue added one each.
Niki Daley, Robinson and Meghan Daley (5 draw controls) had one assist each.
Goalie Taylor Farrell made six saves in the net.
For Methuen (1-2), senior captains Kiera Fitzpatrick (3 goals, 1 assist), Kate Fitzpatrick (2 goals, 1 assist), Elizabeth Descheneaux (1 goal, 1 assist) and Allie Bolduc (1 goal) combined for all of the team’s offense.
Goalie Meghan Terry made 11 saves.

Patrick McGowan erupted for five goals while he added an assist to lead the Hillies to the non-league victory. Jake Staples (3), Trevor Lindmark (2) and Connor Damske (1) accounted for the other goals. Lindmark dished out three assists, while Damske had two, and Staples and Brewer Murray had one each. Goalie Max Boyer made six saves for the win.

In a non-league game, the Scarlet Knights fell short. Trey Kean had four goals and three assists, Tommy Farrell added two goals and an assist, and goalie Brayden Santora stopped 14 shots.

Conor Walsh put on an offensive clinic, scoring eight goals and adding four assists to lead Whittier Tech to the CAC victory. Kyle Dicredico added five goals and three assists, while Mike Valhouli (2 goals, 2 assists), Bodie Marcotte (1 goal, 2 assists), Lucas Keefe (1 goal, 2 assists; and 12 faceoff wins), Jake Chase (1 goal), Brogan Arivella (1 goal) and Jake Horne (1 assist) combined for the other points.

Kiera Fitzpatrick ignited the Rangers’ offense finding the back of the net five times. Both Elizabeth Descheneaux and Allie Bolduc had two goals each, while MJ Petice and Alanna Bistany (first varsity) added single tallies. Junior goalie Meghan Terry made eight saves in net for the win.

Isa Robinson paced the offense with four goals and two assists, giving her 201 points (159 goals and 42 assists) in her career. Meghan Daley and Maggie Murphy had one goal each and Cait Sugrue added an assist. Goalie Taylor Farrell made seven saves and Niki Daley had four draw controls.

In a thrilling non-league win, the Hillies came away with the win behind Natalie Libby’s four goals, while Cailin Grenier added three goals and an assist and Shannon Gallagher had three tallies. Also chipping in were Olivia Powell (1 goal, 3 assists), Kelsey Madden (1 goal, 1 assist) and Sierra Jepson (1 assist).
Goalie Lucia Antonelli made ten saves, Gallagher and Jenna Schultz combined for seven draw controls and Alexis Pernilla-Roche had three caused turnovers.

Anthony Rubim had a strong game with eleven service points, six assists and four digs, while Haziel Revi (5 aces), Jelisson Peguero (5 kills) and Janiel Vizcaino (5 kills, 1 block) also contributed.

In the season opener, the Lancers were edged out by two points in each set, falling 26-24, 26-24 and 25-23.
Victor Torres had 12 kills and 12 service points, while Christian Gomez had a big night as the setter, finishing with 25 assists. Also chipping in were Julio Santana (9 digs), Edward Torres (3 aces) and Yadian Lopez (2 blocks).
