METHUEN — Cindy Rowbotham creates a chilling Halloween display outside her house at 31 Garfield St. to delight all trick-or-treaters.
“Even if it’s only for one night, all of the children are happy,” Rowbotham said of why she loves Halloween.
“I love seeing the kids and families in their costumes, and the smiles when they come across our decorations,” she added.
