The South Kortright girls basketball team defeated Class AA Union-Endicott 43-38 in the first round of the Edmeston Christmas Tournament Thursday.
Carlee Dropp had 17 points and seven rebounds while Addy Eckert had a double-double of 12 points and 20 rebounds in the win.
The Rams will take on either Edmeston/Morris or Oxford in the championship game Friday.

Hailey Shalor led the way with 22 points for the Wolverines.
Ashtyn Hansen had 18 points while Hannah Tuttle added 13 in the loss.

The Hawkeyes fell to Hamilton 57-50 Wednesday.
Rory Nelen had 19 points, 11 rebounds, four blocks and three assists while Brenna Seamon had 19 points, six rebounds, five assists and two steals in the loss.
Logan Langel led Hamilton with 16 points.
Cooperstown defeated Unatego 44-35 Thursday.
Nelen led the way with 14 points and three blocks while Mia Kaltenbach added 10 points and six rebounds in the win.
Lizzy Craft led Unatego with 20 points.
Cooperstown will visit West Canada Valley Wednesday while Unatego will visit Delhi on the same day.
