On Sunday, August 30, Sonny’s Boxing and Fitness in Middleton will be hosting a live amateur boxing event at the Topsfield Fairgrounds.
The event, which runs from 1-6 p.m., will bring together amateur boxers, families, local businesses and members of the North Shore community for an afternoon celebrating the sport of boxing and the dedication, discipline and hard work behind it.
Sonny’s Boxing owner Danny Olivar and his team have set a goal for the event to not only showcase competitive boxing, but to create a positive community experience that highlights local athletes, supports area businesses, and gives families an opportunity to experience the sport in a professional event setting.
The event will feature:
– Amateur boxers from across New England
– Local athletes representing their gyms and communities
– Opportunities for North Shore businesses and sponsors to get involved
– A family-friendly atmosphere celebrating fitness, competition, and community
