I often write about the vital services of The Dale Association that are available to residents throughout our community. All that we do is focused on supporting individuals in a way that will make a difference in their lives and allow them to stay living independently in their home for as long possible. To that end, The Dale is incredibly fortunate to have a partner in Dr. Pete Watson.
Dr. Pete is retired and is focusing on healthy aging — and sharing his expertise with The Dale and the people of this community.
So, are you ready to take control of your well-being and make meaningful changes to your lifestyle?
Dr. Pete is offering personalized Health and Wellness Coaching sessions designed for adults of all ages. These one-on-one sessions at 33 Ontario St., Lockport, are free and will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on three dates: Feb. 19, March 7 and March 19.
Appointments are available for 15-minute intervals. Call 716-433–1886 to schedule your appointment, or walk in during the designated hours.
During your session, you will receive science-backed recommendations to enhance your lifestyle and increase your health and happiness, showing how small, manageable changes can lead to big results.
Dr. Pete says, “My whole life has been spent on health and wellness. In my retirement, I am focusing on healthy aging and am excited to be working with The Dale Association locally to offer personalized one-on-one health and wellness coaching sessions designed for adults of all ages. I encourage everyone to start taking steps now towards a healthier future.”
Prior to his retirement, Dr. Pete was a professor of medicine and a researcher who focused on endocrinology.
The public is invited to come meet with Dr. Pete and take a step toward a healthier, more vibrant life. We can’t wait to see you there!
