SLEEPY EYE — A collision between a semi truck and a farm tractor at 12:21 p.m. Friday left the semi driver with life-threatening injuries.
The state patrol said the two vehicles were both traveling east on Highway 14, west of Sleepy Eye, when they collided.
The driver of the semi, Michael Deraad, 59, of Lester Prairie received life-threatening injuries and was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center.
The driver of the farm tractor, Randall Krzmarzick, 67, of Sleepy Eye, had non-life threatening injuries and was taken to the Sleepy Eye hospital.
