Wednesday — Easter Dinner Day for all schools except Phoenix School. Choice of one: Homemade roasted turkey or pork with gravy or grilled pit-smoked ham, all with homemade yeast rolls and cornbread dressing; peanut butter/soy butter and jelly pockets; or Lunchables. Choice of two: Green beans, homemade sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, or steamed sweet yellow corn. Choice of one: Apple slices or 100% fruit juice. Homemade Easter dessert.
