Plateau Creative Arts Center will host a special monthlong Art Exchange Exhibition in July as the Tennessee Artists Association presents an inspiring collection of original fine art in Crossville.
This collaborative exchange is designed to strengthen artistic ties across the region and highlights the creative dialogue between two of Tennessee’s most active visual arts communities.
This exhibition is part of a regional art exchange. While Tennessee Artists Association members exhibit their work in Crossville, selected artwork from Plateau Creative Arts Center will simultaneously be on display at Cookeville Art Studio & Gallery, 186 S. Walnut Ave. A.
Exhibition dates for both galleries are July 2-29. Plateau Creative Arts Center’s opening reception will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, July, 3, at the center at 415 Lakeview Drive, Fairfield Glade.
The Crossville exhibition will feature a wide range of media and artistic styles created by members of the Tennessee Artists Association. From expressive landscapes to contemporary abstracts, the show reflects the depth, diversity, and craftsmanship of artists from across the state.
Guests attending the opening receptions will have the opportunity to meet participating artists, hear about their creative processes, and take part in an evening celebrating the arts within one of Tennessee’s most vibrant creative communities.
