The Fairfield Glade Fantastic Quilt Guild will hold its March membership meeting on Friday, March 15, at 9 a.m. at the Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 231 Westchester Drive.
Guild members Katherine Capotosto and Pat Jennings coordinated and organized this event.
The program showcases several guild members who will be showing in-person or through PowerPoint presentation the first quilt they made at the very beginning of their quilting journey and their most recent quilt.
Each of the program’s participants will share personal stories describing how they learned to quilt, who inspired them to begin quilting, and will share some short stories describing their quilting journey thus far.
The Fantastic Quilt Guild is a local group of 150+ quilters who meet on the third Friday of the month at the Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church to further the art of quilting through education, sharing, community outreach, and social camaraderie.
They have been meeting since 2002. New members and visitors are always welcome.
