FITHIAN — The Georgetown-Ridge Farm volleyball team fought hard to even its Vermilion Valley Conference record on Thursday.
The Buffaloes were able to beat Oakwood 25-20, 25-20 on the road to go to 9-8 overall and 3-3 in the VVC.
Milee Ellis had seven kills for Geo-RF, while Katie Wersich had six kills, Rubyrae Fraser Soule had 13 assists and two aces, Addison Spesard had 11 digs and Skyley Meador had a block.
The Buffaloes will play Chrisman on Tuesday.
