CHANHASSEN — Ganden Gosch went 18 of 25 with 188 passing yards and four touchdowns for the Mankato East football team in a 43-19 road win over Chanhassen Friday night.
Brogan Madson made eight catches for 99 yards for East, while Hayden Tischler caught three touchdowns.
Logan Kleist carried 15 times for 143 yards and a touchdown, and Zach Bosse had 14 carries for 113 yards.
The Cougars (5-1) play Mankato West at 7 p.m. Friday at Blakeslee Stadium.
St. Clair/Loyola 34, Medford 6: Preston Grams threw for 147 yards and three touchdowns for the Spartans in the win at Medford.
Austin Ward made eight catches for 86 yards and a touchdown for St. Clair/Loyola, and Rhyleigh Peterson also caught a touchdown.
Chase Bade finished with 13 carries for 76 rushing yards and a touchdown and also added a receiving touchdown. Huntly Lentz rushed for 64 yards and a score.
The Spartans (2-4) will host United South Central on Thursday at St. Clair.
Owatonna 28, Mankato West 14: El Staley made five catches for 102 yards for the Scarlets in the road loss.
Staley also had two interceptions for the Scarlets, and Frank McAninch finished with 16 tackles and a rushing touchdown. Taevin Pribyl caught a touchdown.
West (3-3) will play Mankato East at 7 p.m. Friday at Blakeslee Stadium.
Waseca 42, Tri-City United 7: Kellen Klinger went 15 of 25 with 307 passing yards and four touchdowns for the Bluejays in the win.
Damarius Russell made five catches for 145 yards and three touchdowns for Waseca, while Carson Ohnstad had 40 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Colton Quillen led Waseca with seven tackles.
The Bluejays (5-1) host Albert Lea Friday.
