GIBSON CITY — The Hoopeston Area softball team had eight hits, but Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley had 20 hits as the Falcons won 16-6 in five innings.
Maddie Barnes had two hits and a RBI, while Macy Warner, Aubreyana Inman and Addyson Kelnhofer each had one RBI and Jersey Cundiff had two hits.
The Cornjerkers are 6-2 and will face Westville on Monday.
