PREP SOFTBALL: Danville falls to Normal West

NORMAL — The Danville softball team were able to tie things up at 1-1 with Normal West in the second inning.
But the Wildcats would not let up as they scored four runs in the third and six in the fourth to get an 11-1 win in five innings over the Vikings.
TaeAna Boyd had an RBI single for Danville, while Paisley Bean had a double.
The Vikings are 5-6 and will travel to Urbana on Tuesday.
