BISMARCK — The Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin softball team won their first game of the season on Wednesday with a 9-2 win over Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley.
Ella Acton had three hits and four RBIs for the Blue Devils, while Callan Carpenter had three hits with a solo homerun, Gianna Brown had two hits and an RBI, while Eva Ronto and Elli Tittle each had one RBI.
Ronto had 10 strikeouts and gave up four hits for BHRA, who is 1-2 and will play Meridian on Saturday.
