Boys basketball
No. 8 Mankato East 82 Owatonna 64
Lucas Gustafson finished with 20 points, six assists and five steals. Griffin Schott also netted 20 points. Braden Petzel tallied 13 points and six rebounds. Amari Nobles added 11 points, six assists and four rebounds.
No. 4 Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton 84 Hayfield 56
Daulton Bauer led the Bulldogs with 27 points, five rebounds and five assists. Caleb Quast earned 18 points and five assists. Gavin Bauer produced 14 points, seven rebounds and five steals. Jaxon Wolff chipped in with 12 points.

Wrestling
Mankato East fell 42-20 to LeSeuer-Henderson and claimed a 42-24 section win over Tri-City United. Nick Rosevold (133 pounds), Max Morgan (189) and Tyler Thilges (215) went 2-0 on the night.
Gymnastics
Mankato East claimed another win, this time with 142.275 points to knock off Mankato West (138.3) and Northfield (136.3)
East saw Aubrey Britz finish second in beam with a score of 9.025 and in floor (9.425). Teegan Mullikin was second in vault (9.25) and Kailynn Thul was second in bars (9.125) and Kaitlyn Rigdon was second in all around (35.925)
West’s Maria Hagen was victorious in beam (9.625), floor (9.6), vault (9.375), bars (9.65) and all around (38.25).
