PREP BOYS GOLF: Austin Stein leads Covington past Fountain Central, South Newton

COVINGTON, Ind. — Senior Austin Stein shot a 5-over 41 on Tuesday to claim medalist honors, leading Covington to a 15-shot victory over Fountain Central and 92 strokes better than South Newton.
Stein was 1-shot better than teammate Jaxon Keller (42) at Rivercrest Golf Club, while Andrew Wright and Luke Holycross rounded out the Trojans lineup with 44s.
