A senior at Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial, Flack has had a distinguished athletic career in cross country, basketball and track and field.
In basketball, Flack is third on the LCWM all-time list in career points and rebounds with 1,560 and 703, respectively. She also has 284 career steals and 274 career assists. Flack is a four-time All-Valley Conference selection in basketball and has also earned All-State academic honors.
This season, Flack is averaging 20 points, seven rebounds, three steals and three assists per game. She is a team captain for the Knights.
Flack qualified for the Class A track and field meet in 2023, placing 10th in the discus with a throw of 109-feet-11.
