Police investigating Frostburg shooting

FROSTBURG — Frostburg Police and C3I are asking the public to avoid the Bowery Street area after a shooting near Giuseppe’s Restaurant.
The incident happened about 4:25 p.m. Friday and at least one person was taken to UPMC Western Maryland with serious injuries.
In a social media post, police said the area was secure and more information would be released later.
