The Christian Academy of the Cumberlands split a recent basketball doubleheader with Pleasant Hill Elementary School.
Christian Academy won the girls’ game by a score of 31-5, but the Knights lost the boys’ contest to Pleasant Hill by a score of 35-30.
In the girls contest, Allie Bruschi led all scorers with 15 points on the night. Brooke Wyllins chipped in with six.
Hunter Henderson scored 11 points to help Pleasant Hill win the boys’ game. Tylo Barrier chipped in eight points in the win and Grayson Potts scored six.
Owen Vandever led the Christian Academy in scoring. He picked up eight points on the night.
Braden Hale chipped in five points as did Andrew Weaver.
