The Colts (16-8) led 17-7, 27-19 and 36-30 after three quarters.
Miley Tingler led the Vikings (15-7) with 18 points, scoring 10 in the second quarter.
Izzy Knotts scored a game-high 22 for Philip Barbour, shooting 8 of 18 at the line.
