People who need to take a notary exam can now do so at the SUNY Niagara campus, Niagara County Clerk Joseph Jastrzemski announced. The exams are offered twice a month on Thursdays.
“My office has been working with the New York Department of State and SUNY Niagara on establishing a Niagara County location for taking notary exams,” Jastrzemski said. “We offered our first exam on May 22 and everything went well.”
The exams are given at SUNY Niagara, 3111 Saunders Settlement Road, Sanborn, in Building E (Humanities and Social Sciences), Room E125.
Scheduled exam dates through the end of the year are June 26, July 10, July 24, Aug. 14, Aug. 28, Sept. 11, Sept. 25, Oct. 9, Oct. 23, Nov. 13, Nov. 20, Dec. 11 and Dec. 18.
