Northern girls rout Meyersdale, 66-29

ACCIDENT — Behind 22 points from Abby Nelson and 16 from Kaylee Bowser, Northern cruised to a 66-29 victory over Meyersdale on Thursday.
Nelson shot 7 of 21 from the field and was perfect in six trips to the foul line.
Bowser shot 7 of 10 from the field and hit a pair of free throws.
Maddy Berkley scored 16 of Meyersdale’s 29 points.
The Huskies (4-4) led 15-8 after one quarter, 28-10 at the break and 43-29 after three quarters.
Northern hosts Bishop Walsh (3-3) on Monday at 6 p.m.
