NORTH ANDOVER — A grand jury has indicted the North Andover off-duty police officer who was shot in her home by a colleague serving her with a restraining order nearly two months ago.
Kelsey Fitzsimmons, 28, was indicted on one count of assault with a dangerous weapon in Essex County Superior Court Monday.
A superior court judge also denied Kelsey Fitzsimmons’ second bail appeal.
