NEWBURYPORT — The 24th annual New Works Festival, which runs from Jan. 22-25, brings 11 new plays by New England playwrights to The Actors Studio in Salisbury and Firehouse Center for the Arts in Newburyport.
The lineup includes the Peter Honegger Award-winning full-length play “Sarai’s Knife” by John Minigan, an evening of one-acts featuring “Seminar” by Jeanne Beckwith and “Vacation” by Nathan Johnson, plus a weekend of eight short plays presented in two performances at the Firehouse.
