Eight people were arrested Sunday in connection with the execution of a drug search warrant carried out officers with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office and Crossville Police. Charges ranged from possession of a controlled substance with intent, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Persons arrested include:
•Jessica Diane Davis, 37, no address, possession of fentanyl with intent, two counts of simple possession gabapentin and and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond set at $33,000.
•Tyler Ray Owens, 27, Hwy. 70 E., possession of fentanyl with intent, two counts of simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond set at $19,500.
•Troy Leonard Patterson, 40, Jacob’s Crossing, possession of fentanyl with intent, theft of property (power drill), simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Brandon Aaron Vance, 31, Whittenburg Lane, possession of fentanyl with intent, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Casey Marie Clark, 22, N. Sycamore Road, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond set at $3,000.
•Raymond Newton Godsey, 27, Ashburn Drive, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond set at $3,000.
•Dyan Jakob Kempe, 24, Lawson Road, possession of drug paraphernalia, bond set at $1,500.
•Steven Ray Sherrill, 42, Wallop Lane, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All defendants are tentatively set to appear in General Sessions Court on June 16, but attorney and bond appearances for defendants who cannot afford either could take place before that date.
Deputies seized during the raid four cellphones, a ledger recording financial activities, digital scales, a power drill reported as stolen, 10.2 grams of a substance identified as fentanyl, three pills identified as gabapentin and 1.5 ounces of marijuana.
According to an arrest report filed by Deputy Caleb Charles, multiple officers from the two law enforcement agencies descended on a residence located in the 300 block of Lawson Road around 5:20 a.m. a Officers executed a search warrant based on suspicious activity at the residence.
Suspects were found in multiple rooms in the residence and taken into custody without incident.
