SALISBURY: Seal Walk with the Seacoast Science Center
After a brief intro to local seal species and the Marine Mammal Rescue program, visitors will walk a half-mile down to the shoreline to view seals that typically haul out on the rocks near the mouth of the Merrimack River. There will be scopes and binoculars available to use but feel free to bring your own. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the biology, ecology, and conservation of these iconic New England animals and ask our marine mammal experts questions.
