MANKATO — A Mankato man has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct following reports of the sexual assault of a 16-year-old in January 2025.
Matthew Allen Dolan, 30, has been charged in Blue Earth County District Court in connection to reports of assault of a victim known to Dolan. She provided messages containing explicit photos and conversations between her and Dolan and his cellphones were seized pursuant to a warrant, according to the criminal complaint.
Dolan agreed to meet with detectives Feb. 13, but did not appear for the interview.
