A missing man, whom New York State Police sought assistance from the public in finding, was found dead Aug. 3 in a wooded area off State Highway 205 in the town of Laurens, according to a news release.
Daniel E. Conklin, 38, was last seen on July 14. The investigation is continuing, and his cause of death will be determined by a medical examiner, the release stated.
