CUMBERLAND — A Fort Ashby, West Virginia, man was arrested Tuesday after Cumberland Police said he displayed a knife to an employee of a Queen City Drive business.
Travis Vaughn Shaffer, 38, was located on Greene Street and taken into custody on charges of first- and second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment, police said.
Shaffer reportedly brandished the knife when asked to leave the business about 9:17 a.m., police said.
He was being held Wednesday without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
