Harper Brooks also found the back of the net while Tess Taylor and Grace Scarbrough added assists. Defensively, keeper Emerald Jakes earned her fourth shutout of the year. Manchester (4-5-1) has now won two straight and will look to keep the ball rolling when it hosts Lynnfield next Tuesday for a 4 p.m. start.
BOYS SOCCERIpswich 2, Rockport 0: The Vikings (5-4-2) were shut out for just the third time this season, failing to get any of their slew of shot attempts past talented Ipswich goalkeeper Finn Wright. Rockport will be back in action on Tuesday at Newburyport (4 p.m.).
