The Crossville Fire Department responded to a commercial fire at 5:25 a.m. Saturday at Bootleggers on Hwy. 70 E. Crossville Fire Chief Chris South reported heavy fire and smoke was visible when crews arrived. Crews made an aggressive interior attack and extinguished the fire. The building was unoccupied at the time of the fire and there were no injuries. The building suffered significant fire, heat and smoke damage. The fire was isolated to the left side of the building. A total of 23 personnel responded from Crossville Fire. The fire department was assisted by Crossville Police, Cumberland County EMA, and Cumberland County EMS.
