The Laurens/Milford baseball team took down Worcester 16-6 at home on Friday in Tri-Valley League action.
L/M used a six-run second inning and an eight-run fourth inning to pull away for a five-inning victory.
William Rohde went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI, Evan Clark drove in three runs and Ashton Solovitch and Bryce Harvey each drove in a pair.
Nick DeBoer earned the win in relief, striking out five batters in three innings.
Worcester’s Grayson Basso came up with a bases-clearing double in the second inning.
L/M (3-0) will visit Cherry Valley-Springfield/Sharon Springs on Monday while Worcester (0-1) will be at Schenevus the same day.
Oneonta 6, Owego Free Academy 5
Oneonta withstood a late rally by Owego Free Academy to pick up a big 6-5 road win on Friday.
The OHS pitching trio of Nolan Stark, Chase Jervis and Britten Zeh combined for 10 strikeouts in the victory. Zeh earned the save in the seventh inning after entering a bases-loaded, no-out situation and striking out three of the four batters he faced.
Jameson Brown had two hits at the plate including a key two-run single in the third inning. Jervis had a two-run single of his own in the fifth inning.
Oneonta (3-0) will host Cobleskill-Richmondville on Saturday for a doubleheader.

South Kortright 11, Hunter-Tannersville 5 (Thursday)
A seven-run sixth inning propelled South Kortright to a 11-5 Delaware League home win over Hunter-Tannersville on Thursday.
Carlee Dropp, Jaylee Kelly, Nova Sazonova and Neleh Brown all had multi-hit games for the Rams with Dropp and Brown notching doubles.
Brown was the winning pitcher, striking out seven and allowing five hits and five walks.
Alyssa Trani and Julia Legg each had triples for the Wildcats while Saleema Poladian had a pair of hits.
SK will visit Margaretville on Monday, April 21.

The Cooperstown tennis team swept Herkimer 5-0 at home on Friday.
Owen Marling and Micah Raffo both won in singles action for the Hawkeyes while the doubles teams of Bianca Adam and Lexi Wolfe, and Rigzin Gazan and Jaina Bischof were also victorious.
Cooperstown will be off until Saturday, April 26 when it will host Manlius Pebble Hill.
