The state Department of Transportation is advising motorists that the right lane of Interstate 190 southbound between Porter and Packard roads in the Town of Niagara will be closed from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday to facilitate bridge repairs. Drivers should expect delays and consider alternate routes when possible.
In addition, the DOT is also advising that Grand Island Boulevard (State Route 324) in Grand Island will be closed between Whitehaven and Long roads beginning Monday at 6 a.m., for approximately two weeks, to facilitate culvert replacements.
Drivers should follow the posted detour using Baseline Road and Long Road.
