The village of Cooperstown, in partnership with Live Music Cooperstown, announced the 2025 Cooperstown Lakefront Concert Series schedule and lineup.
According to a news release, concerts are held in picturesque Lakefront Park in downtown Cooperstown on Tuesday evenings throughout July and August and feature a diverse mix of local and regional bands, with a variety of food trucks on site, and face painting for the kids. Food trucks and face painting open at 5:30 p.m., and concerts begin at 6:30 p.m.
There will a wide variety of food, drink and dessert offerings with multiple food trucks on site this season.
The season kickoff event on July 1 will begin at 5:30 p.m. with food trucks, including Phat Backs Texas Style BBQ, Chef Dave Neil’s Mobile Kitchen, Rick’s Hot Dogs, and Ye Olde Bubble Tea & More, and free face painting by Nature’s Canvas Face Painting, the release stated. At 6 p.m., the Cooperstown Friends of the Parks, a local non-profit organization that supports Cooperstown’s many public parks, will serve ice cream sundaes, generously donated by Stewart’s Shops. The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. with The Woodshed Prophets performing their original blend of rock, blues and country that’s come to be known by their many Central New York fans as “Power Twang!”
The village of Cooperstown’s Lakefront Concert & Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration will be held Saturday, July 5, with two bands performing before the fireworks at dusk. At 6 p.m., the Cooperstown Community Band opens the night of music with their concert band classics featuring patriotic songs for the Fourth of July holiday. Then, at 7:30 p.m., local band Steel Rail performs covers of classic rock and classic country songs spanning the decades. Food trucks and face painting open at 5:30 p.m. offering food and fun for the whole family all evening.
Each Tuesday evening the public is invited to bring chairs, blankets, food and non-alcoholic beverages, and enjoy the free performances held on the historic bandstand in Lakefront Park.

• July 22 Trigger Finger, honky tonk country.
• July 29 The Insolent Willies, Americana roots music.
• Aug. 5 Drifting From Shore, Jerry Garcia tribute.
• Aug. 12 Cooperstown Community Band.
• Aug. 19 The Currys, indie folk rock.
• Aug. 26 Northern Ramble, roots rock.
