PARIS — Two brothers pleaded not guilty to murder and hate crime charges.
On Friday, Jordan and Jesse Kollman entered pleas of not guilty at the Edgar County Courthouse.
Court records indicate there is a demand for trial by jury, and it is set for June 30.
Records show the third person charged in the attack, Jayden A. Reynolds has also entered a plea of not guilty, and will appear next in court at 9 a.m. on May 22.
Jordan and Jesse Kollman are facing charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, and hate crimes. And they are both being held at the Edgar County Jail.
Jayden A. Reynolds is charged with a hate crime and with giving a felon a firearm.
The attack on Jones occurred on Friday, April 3 at White Oaks Park.
