In Rockport, for the 34th year, residents celebrated the season Saturday with the annual Community Easter Egg Hunt at Millbrook Meadow, off Beach Street.
About 2,000 plastic eggs filled with candy, some with small toys, and four “golden” eggs redeemable for larger prizes, were spread around for the hunt.
About 100 children participated. The Easter Bunny also made an appearance.
