ST. JAMES — A section of Highway 4 south of St. James will reopen to traffic Friday, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The section is between Martin County Road 13 to County Road 28 in Sherburn.
Sections of the highway — between Watonwan County Road 8 and Sherburn and between Dunnell and Sherburn — will remain closed to traffic until late August. Detours are in place.
The Highway 4 project between Sherburn and St. James includes roadway, bridge, drainage improvements and multiple bridge improvements.
