GIRLS BASKETBALL
Edmeston/Morris 43, Laurens/Milford 39
Sophie Robinson scored 12 points to lead E/M to a Tri-Valley League win over L/M on Tuesday in Edmeston.
Kelsey Cox scored 12 points to lead L/M, which also got nine points from Lilly Colwell and eight points from Bella Garlick.
Brenna Bolton and Ava Dabreau each scored 10 points for E/M.
Laurens/Milford (8-6, 2-1) hosts Richfield Springs for a TVL game Thursday, Jan. 22, in Laurens.
Edmeston/Morris (7-3, 2-1) plays a TVL game at Sharon Springs Thursday.
Richfield Springs/Owen D. Young 53, Franklin 21
Issy Seamon scored a game-high 21 points as the Eagles won a Tri-Valley League game Tuesday at Franklin.
Irene Cox and Daniella DeSilva each scored five points to lead Franklin.
Paige O’Connor scored 14 points for RS/ODY.
Franklin (4-7, 0-2) plays at Worcester in a TVL game Thursday.
Richfield Springs/Owen D. Young (6-5, 3-2) plays Thursday at Laurens.
Sharon Springs 62, Worcester 21
Zarie Barbic scored 24 points and had 12 rebounds as Sharon Springs won a Tri-Valley League game Tuesday in Worcester.
Azaleah Lorette scored nine points to lead Worcester.
Maya Korona scored 11 points and had 12 rebounds for the Spartans, which also got seven points from Peyton Barbic.
Worcester (0-13, 0-5) hosts Franklin on Thursday.
Sharon Springs (8-3, 1-2) hosts Edmeston/Morris on Thursday.
Dolgeville 64, Cooperstown 43
Lanie Nelen scored a team-high 16 points, but Cooperstown lost a Center State Conference non-division game to Dolgeville at Red Bursey Gymnasium on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Kayden Davidson scored a game-high 32 points for the Blue Devils, including seven three-point baskets. She also had 11 rebounds.
Payton Comstock scored 22 points for Dolgeville (7-3, 2-2), which led at halftime, 36-20.
Nelen also had seven rebounds, four assists and three blocks.
Emma Johnson scored 11 points for the Hawkeyes, which also got eight points, 10 rebounds and two blocks from Lillian Badgley and six points and 10 rebounds from Sophia Johnson.
Cooperstown (3-11, 3-2) hosts Stamford/Jefferson for a non-league game Friday, Jan. 23.
Unadilla Valley 40, Gilboa-Conesville/Roxbury 35
Shyla Roberts scored a team-high 13 points as the Storm won a non-league game at home Tuesday over G-C/R.
Jacey O’Donnell scored a game-high 15 points for the Rocket Cats, which also got 11 points from Emily Maxim.
Myriah Taylor scored 10 points for UV, which also got eight points from Allisyn Daniell.
Unadilla Valley (3-8, 0-3) hosts Greene for a Midstate Athletic Conference game Wednesday, Jan. 21.
Gilboa-Conesville/Roxbury (2-10, 0-6) plays a Delaware League game Thursday at Margaretville.

Kendra Balcom scored a team-high 14 points to lead host Margaretville to a non-league win Tuesday.
Mackenzie Hubbell scored 12 points for the Blue Devils, which also got 11 points from Livia Fronckowiak.
Margaretville (3-8, 1-3) hosts G-C/R on Thursday.
VOLLEYBALL
Cooperstown 3, Sherburne-Earlville 0
Chloe Jubar had 13 kills as Cooperstown swept host Sherburne-Earlville in a Center State Conference Division II game Tuesday.
Evelyn Thomas and Kayden Babcock each had eight kills for S-E.
Carlotta Falso made seven kills and had three aces for Cooperstown (9-2, 3-2), which hosts Westmoreland for a division game Thursday, Jan. 22.
Richfield Springs/Owen D. Young 3, Morrisville-Eaton 2
Sophia Spencer had 32 assists, 11 digs, five kills and five aces as RS/ODY got its 10th win of the season in a Center State Conference Division III match Tuesday, beating host Morrisville-Eaton, 25-20, 23-25, 24-26, 25-23, 15-11.
For RS/ODY: Jocelyn Bosc had 15 kills, 16 digs and three aces. Mersades Young had 12 kills and three blocks. Hunter Ough had eight kills, three blocks and five digs. Natalie Dumond had 17 digs and three aces. Amber Connolly had five kills, 12 digs and three aces. Arianna Bevers had four kills, four blocks and 10 digs.
For Morrisville-Eaton (7-6, 2-5): Abby Leamer had 14 kills and Ella Griffin had 25 assists and two aces.
Richfield Springs/Owen D. Young (10-1, 6-1) hosts New York Mills for a division match Thursday.
BOYS BASKETBALL
Windham-Ashland-Jewitt 58, Gilbertsville-Mount Upton 54
Owen Pellettier scored a game-high 28 points as the Warriors won a non-league game at home Tuesday against G-MU.
Darren Ruiz scored 22 points and had 12 rebounds to lead the Raiders, which also got 15 points from Koda Stockdale.
Pellettier also had eight rebounds.
Payton Dempsey scored 22 points and had six assists for W-A-J, which also got 15 rebounds from Jake Skilling.
Windham-Ashland-Jewitt (5-5, 2-3) plays a Delaware League game Thursday at South Kortright.
Gilbertsville-Mount Upton (7-5, 2-2) hosts Cherry Valley-Springfield for a Tri-Valley League game Wednesday.
SKIING
Delaware League races
Skiing season opened in the Delaware League with the Windham/Catskill girls and Hunter-Tannersville boys winning the initial races.
Thursday, Jan. 8, at Belleayre Mountain, Piper Cohane from W/C and Will Schneider from H-T won the girls and boys races, leading their teams to victory.
For the girls, H-T, Margaretville and Roxbury, finished behind W/C. Gianna Garzone (W/C), Sophia Garzone (W/C), Bria Haines (W/C) and Teagan Mahoney (H-T) finished behind Cohane.
For the boys, W/C finished second, with Margaretville third. Toren Hyer (H-T), Garrett Jeune (W/C), Leo Klein (W/C) and Phillip Myher (H-T) placed behind Schneider.
Tuesday, Jan. 13, at Windham Mountain, the W/C girls and H/T boys won both races.
In race one for the girls, Cohane (W/C) won, followed by teammates Gianna and Sophia Garzone and Bria Haines, followed by Mahoney from H-T.
In race two, Cohane again won, with Sophia Garzone topping Gianna Garzone for second, and Mahoney beating out Haines for fourth.
In both races, H-T placed second, followed by Margaretville and Roxbury.
In race one for the boys, Hyer from H-T won, followed by teammate Myher, Jackson Storms from W/C, Owen Higgins from H-T and Klein from W/C.
In race two, Schneider won for H-T, followed by teammate Hyer, Jeune and Klein from W/C.
In both races, W/C placed second and Margaretville third.
