MANKATO — Who says you can’t go home?
Minnesota State senior goaltender Hailey Hansen has been invited to participate in the USA Hockey National Goaltending Camp May 18-21 in Blaine, Minn.
The camp will feature the top male and female goaltenders from across the country, ages 16 to 24, who will come together for four days of on-ice training, skill development, video analysis and team building activities.
Hansen, originally from Blaine, led the Mavericks in net this season with a 2.87 goal against average and a .915 save percentage while totaling over 2,000 minutes in net and turning away 1,033 shots.
She’ll be joined at camp by Maverick Assistant Coach Mackenzie Bruch who will be there evaluating the goaltenders as well as former Maverick Alli Altmann.
