In April 2025, National Beat Poet Laureate, Mark Lipman kicked off his cross-country tour right here at the Whittier Birthplace. He has spent the last year traveling across the country and returns today for the final stop on the Vagabond Poetry Tour. Join in the Gus Reusch Welcome Center to welcome him home.
